Thanks for the great photos. Finally I know what they really look like and the type of bush they grow in. We live in ON and want to go picking. The info is really diff. to find. We go looking but maybe it’s not the proper time of the year and then maybe we are not in the right location. Morells are another one. Went looking all spring and didn’t have any luck. they look like that in the picture but in person he is huge! And the ring he is wearing is a comox band wolf ring given to him by his father.
Ben how come you’ve never invited me to pick Chanterelles? those mushrooms look delicious. I’ve always wanted to pick mushrooms!
