I think I’m okay. I lost my digital camera and my MIND!!! Just joking. December has been hard though, that’s why there have not been many posts. I have to call times on tables because I’m on meats (meat takes the longest to cook so when a table orders I say how long before we bring all the food to the pass to be plated. I haven’t been cooking very long compared to all the guys and girls that I work with so I try and sound confident when I call each time like, “6 minutes on the pass!” but most of the time it ends up sounding like, “s-six minutes?”
