Portugal

It’s just really nice we felt like royalty. This is where we met up with Bryan and Anna and the eating began. We immediately ate as much fresh seafood as possible, drenched ourselves with port and swam in the ocean. So many bottles of port. We also had some very memorable bubbles at a surreal, bleached out seaside bar, it felt like time stood still, like I could fall off the edge of the earth. The misty sea swim recharged me more than ever. I don’t know if it was the refreshing mist, or the strength of the waves pulling and pushing me, or the power of the wind and the sunset. I swam in my underwear and used my army jacket as a comforting towel. I felt so good after with the wind sweeping over my skin, drinking in the sand.

So glad you enjoyed xo! I love this picture of you looking at the ocean sunset. There’s nothing like a refreshing swim and beach time. Xo
