Charcuterie Pig

We will use every part of this locally pastured organic pig to make many different things including salami and bacon. We do not serve a lot of meat, but charcuterie is a great way to preserve meat for the winter.

    It is a dart board, but we still haven’t had time to use it. Soon though, with some cask beer and saucisson sec.
