Tartar Sauce

Tartar sauce is good, it’s old school and you forget about it, unitl you make it and then remember how compelled you are to eat it. We made it and it didn’t seem quite right, so we added some sweet pickles. I only like it when it is made fresh daily, otherwise I won’t eat it.

    it tends to get that tinny taste a day or so old.
    it is one of the most under-rated sauces around.
    also, i love sauces with finely cubed things.
    its hot.

    I can’t find your ‘bottle rage’ post – did you delete it? I wanted to comment: It’s not you, it’s the system. You have to be super fucking aggressive to bust through that glass ceiling. Do it. Whether you feel you’ve got all the skills or not.
