We all have burns, we cook more than 12 hours a day. We work with 500 degree ovens, flat tops, hot steel, fire, 400 degree oil, carmel, and hot stock. It’s fucking hot.

That last hand should seriously not be in the kitchen – that’s disgusting. I fail to believe that s/he wears a glove all the time.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for burns – I reached into the steamer a little too quick tonight for a ginger cake and got bit – but c’mon, there’s a line.

Looks like someone putting something into a pan of hot oil just a little too quick. I’ve been there!

Yeah, that last hand needs a proper bandage. It sucks, I have been there, but totally necessary for food integrity.

I thought that my hands looked like shit right now……but I see that I have no right to complain.

Thank you for updated so often Christie. I love it, and you.
Hope things are going well for you, but come back to Saskatoon soon.

Oh my god the last hand…………. Shut up and get back to work!
